As a designer ensure that you are thinking holistically about the entire experience. The website is just one touch point, use the power of email, SMS to facillitate a users journey through the funnel.

Question everything

Finance is complex and involves many legacy systems. As a designer ensure you are challenging every assumption on “how it works”. Look to remove barriers and reduce latency.

Transparency

We believe that financing a car should be simple. We remove the paperwork, jargon and small print so all our customers need to worry about is finding a car they love.
