Progress Bar
This is an atom for a progress bar. It can be stuck to the bottom of the basic header (no tabs) by using the sticky class.
For the React component a third party library is used to generate the svg - the one shown here is hardcoded.
We also use the class slide in to make the bar appear on the screen when an event happens.
